En collaboration avec le Centre d'excellence sur le partenariat avec les patients et le public (CEPPP), l\u2019Association des facult\u00e9s de m\u00e9decine du Canada (AFMC) a cr\u00e9\u00e9 la trousse d\u2019outils du partenariat m\u00e9decin-patient.<\/i><\/strong><\/p>

\u00a0<\/i><\/strong><\/p>

La trousse d'outils du partenariat m\u00e9decin-patient est une ressource en ligne destin\u00e9e aux patients \u00e0 qui l'on a prescrit des opio\u00efdes, aux personnes qui ont connu un trouble de l'usage des opio\u00efdes et aux m\u00e9decins, afin d'aborder la crise actuelle des opio\u00efdes au Canada.<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

La trousse d'outils se veut une plaque tournante pour les ressources li\u00e9es aux opio\u00efdes et un endroit o\u00f9 les m\u00e9decins et les patients peuvent trouver des ressources fond\u00e9es sur des cas et examin\u00e9es par des m\u00e9decins qui favorisent une gestion plus s\u00e9curitaire des ordonnances et de l'utilisation des opio\u00efdes.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Outil de discussion :\u00a0<\/b>Un guide pour favoriser et am\u00e9liorer la communication entre le patient et le m\u00e9decin avant, pendant et apr\u00e8s les rendez-vous m\u00e9dicaux.<\/p>

Vivre avec les opio\u00efdes :<\/b>\u00a0T\u00e9moignages de patients partenaires qui mettent en \u00e9vidence des exp\u00e9riences v\u00e9cues li\u00e9es \u00e0 l'usage des opio\u00efdes, \u00e0 la stigmatisation qui en d\u00e9coule et \u00e0 la gestion des opio\u00efdes.<\/p>
