Ce groupe est compos\u00e9 de membres canadiens et internationaux repr\u00e9sentant des groupes qui ont droit \u00e0 un traitement \u00e9quitable et aidera \u00e0 faire du CIMU un espace permettant d'aborder les questions de justice sociale, de traitement \u00e9quitable des personnes issues de groupes structurellement marginalis\u00e9s et d'inciter l'entreprise de la m\u00e9decine universitaire \u00e0 assumer ses responsabilit\u00e9s en mati\u00e8re de justice sociale.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Le r\u00f4le du Groupe consultatif du CIMU sur l'EDI-AR est de conseiller les membres du Comit\u00e9 de planification du CIMU sur les questions d'EDI-AR en ce qui concerne le programme scientifique du congr\u00e8s, les processus d'examen par les pairs, l'accessibilit\u00e9 pour une participation diversifi\u00e9e et la discussion sur les traumatismes dans les offres scientifiques du congr\u00e8s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Comprenant que le CIMU a besoin d'une supervision de ses activit\u00e9s en ce qui a trait aux questions d'EDI-AR, le groupe adopte les principes suivants :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Rien sur nous sans nous : Dans les processus de conception du programme du congr\u00e8s et l'examen par les pairs de la soumission, la priorit\u00e9 sera donn\u00e9e aux voix des personnes traditionnellement exclues de ces processus et, pour les pistes sp\u00e9cifiques li\u00e9es \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 et \u00e0 l'\u00e9ducation aux professions de sant\u00e9 pour les personnes issues de groupes structurellement marginalis\u00e9s, elles seront dirig\u00e9es par des universitaires issus de ces groupes.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La centralit\u00e9 de l'\u00e9valuation par les pairs qui respecte les principes de l'EDI-AR : L'\u00e9valuation par les pairs est le processus central par lequel l'excellence est jug\u00e9e, et ceux qui s'y engagent doivent avoir une compr\u00e9hension des principes d'EDI-AR pour \u00e9valuer la valeur des nouvelles connaissances et contributions.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accessibilit\u00e9 pour la participation de personnes diverses \u00e0 la conf\u00e9rence : Le CIMU doit \u00eatre le plus accessible possible aux personnes appartenant \u00e0 divers groupes, y compris, mais sans s'y limiter, aux personnes handicap\u00e9es et aux participants internationaux venant de r\u00e9gions du monde o\u00f9 les revenus peuvent rendre le co\u00fbt de la participation prohibitif.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Discussions et d\u00e9bats fond\u00e9s sur les traumatismes : Les questions abord\u00e9es dans le cadre du congr\u00e8s le sont dans le plus grand respect de la libert\u00e9 d'expression et de la libert\u00e9 acad\u00e9mique.  L'environnement de ces discussions doit \u00eatre g\u00e9r\u00e9 par tous, car les participants peuvent avoir des exp\u00e9riences directes des questions discut\u00e9es.  Par cons\u00e9quent, ces discussions doivent \u00eatre men\u00e9es de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 tenir compte des traumatismes.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Une position d'humilit\u00e9 et d'am\u00e9lioration de la qualit\u00e9 : Les organisateurs du congr\u00e8s n'ont pas toujours raison, mais ils s'engagent \u00e0 mettre en place des processus de retour d'information et d'am\u00e9lioration de la qualit\u00e9 en ce qui concerne l'EDI-AR, dans une attitude d'humilit\u00e9.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/icam-cimu.ca\/#about\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Voir la liste des membres du groupe<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous tenons \u00e0 remercier tous les membres de ce groupe pour leurs pr\u00e9cieuses contributions au CIMU.
